Today, I'm going to go through the few books that I'm eternally (what it actually feels like) waiting for.
Let's jump right in.
First and foremost, this book has to be the one I've been most anticipating. It is the last book in The Dark Elements trilogy. I was left with such a huge cliffhanger! I couldn't believe I would have to wait 6 months for the next one! But, I had faith; I knew Armentrout's work, and I knew she would give this her best. I absolutely can't wait! Release Date: July 28, 2015 |
This is definitely my next most anticipated release! I absolutely loved Kiss of Deception, Pearson did a fantastic job! It was such a well put-together book with great characters that you could relate to, and fantastic world development! The mystery and suspense frustrated me so many times during KOD, but it was definitely the ending that left me shattered. Counting down the days til The Heart of Betrayal comes out! This is Book 2 of The Remnant Chronicles. Release Date: July 7, 2015 |
I couldn't believe I would have to wait a year for this book to come out, but alas, I would have to. Yancey's first two books blew my mind to pieces, I had to read both novels twice! He creates such intricate detail that may seem insignificant, but ended up being a huge plot to the story. I was questioning everything about what the characters believed every step of the way. It was very well written and I'm eager to see how Yancey ends the trilogy with The Last Star. Release Date: May 24, 2016 |
I fell in love with Huntley Fitzpatrick's works when I read The Boy Next Door. It was a cute, but enlightening contemporary read. Her two main characters tugged at your heart and made you connect with them, because they were so easy to identify with. I'm certainly looking forward to reading more of her works, especially The Boy Most Likely To. Release Date: August 18, 2015 |
Every book that I've read for Sarah J. Maas (2 and a 1/2 books) has always left me reeling and wanting for more. I started reading Throne Of Glass a while ago and when I finished it, I immediately knew I had to continue on with this series. Her characters were provocative and easy to understand, yet complex in their own way. I fell in love with each and every character presented me, whether they were good or bad, because of the way they were written, the emotions Maas brings out of me when I read each characters POV. So yes, Queen of Shadows is surely on my calendar! Release Date: September 1, 2015 |
